Room available in St Lucia over Summer. in ST LUCIA, Queensland for sale

Hi!
We have a room available over summer. One of our flatmates is going home for the chirstmas holidays so we are looking for someone to take over her room for a couple of months. From the 15th of November until the 24th of February. Rent is $195 per week. This includes utilities. We have unlimited internet which is $90 per month shared between 3 people. The room and flat is fully furnished.
The place is withing walking distance of the Univeristy of Queensland. It is a 5 minute walk to bus stop and ferry terminal which will take you directly into the city/Southbank/West end. There is a bakery, a Nandos a small grocery store and several other restaurants just down the road.
We are really friendly and if you are here on holidays we would be more than happy to show you around Brisbane.
