We are looking for someone who must be clean and tidy, friendly and familiar with a sharing house environment. The rent of $250/week for singles including all the bills (electricity, rentals, water, gas, fast Cable Internet (Telstra, 200GB per month), cleaning of shared areas of the house once a week, gardening, basic consumables and once a week free BBQ. No bond, just two weeks of rent in advance as a deposit is required. Short-term (min 2 months) or long-term is OK.
