The room is the largest in a two storey large CLEAN newly renovated house, only minutes from uq, buses, and shops. Living room is built with french doors opening to a conservatory. Whilst the large back veranda overlooks the garden leading down to the forest/creek. All modern conveniences, dishwasher, 2 x large fridges, 1 freezer, plasma tv, dvd and video player, washer/dryer, coffee machine and everything you need to cook. The house has everything you need to live: ie. sheets, pillows, coathangers, etc. We have a book, cd, lp, dvd and sheet music library, 3 pianos, 1 cello and many art prints, and a rose and herb garden.
We are eco-friendly and practise permaculture.
We are clean, quiet, studious students looking for an international student to join our friendly international home: we are australian academic editor/medical sciences, korean engineering masters, thai scientist, dutch/indonesian engineering masters.
We are all lovers of music and the arts and 3 of us are classical musicans.
WE HAVE A CLEANING ROSTER AND WE CLEAN THE KITCHEN EVERY NIGHT AND THE WHOLE HOUSE EVERY WEEKEND.

We are looking for a clean international student undergrad or post grad to share our friendly home. We do not want to live with a student who "only wants a room!" and this is definitely not "an undergrad party household".
